A Hong Kong company account can directly receive overseas payment for goods and enjoy free foreign exchange settlement. Funds can be transferred from company to company to mainland enterprises with import and export rights, or to personal accounts in compliance with regulations (for small amounts).

For ordinary industries (cross-border e-commerce, foreign trade, consulting, technology, etc.), no prior approval is required, and the business scope can be stated as “Engaging in all kinds of legitimate commercial activities”.
Character limits: ≤ 30 characters for Chinese names; ≤ 60 characters for English names.
The business scope can be changed at any time with a simple process.
